Andie Hines-Lagemann

As Startup Ecosystem Manager for Elevate Ventures, Andie will work with community organizations involved in state, regional, and local business development to engage, coordinate, and lead entrepreneurial culture development. She will also actively seek venture-backable companies to connect to applicable support services and investment.

Andie is an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and advocate for entrepreneurs. Aside from her practice, Tidewater Coaching, Andie also develops entrepreneurship curriculum for RISE; coaches RISE facilitators, is a Build Institute entrepreneurship training facilitator through the City of Fort Wayne and is on the Global Entrepreneurship Committee for the US Department of State.

She is a 2020 Indiana Commission for Women Torchbearer Award winner for creating a network of nearly 700 women entrepreneurs in Northeast Indiana. She is on the Steering Committee and Economic Security Sub-Committee for the Women’s Fund at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne and the Community Advisory Committee for the Garatoni School of Entrepreneurship at Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne & Warsaw.
