Deedra Bouline

Deedra Bouline has extensive experience in organizational development, learning, and talent management. Deedra has worked at various roles in multiple companies throughout their career. Their most recent role was as Vice President of Organization Development & Communications at Elevate, where they led a team of specialists and focused on improving learning, communication, and employee engagement in the company's transition to a fully remote work environment. Prior to that, they served as Senior Director and Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Elevate, where they were responsible for developing and executing talent strategies and programs. Deedra also has experience as a Principal at their own consulting firm, where they worked with Fortune 500 companies and other organizations to deliver talent management strategies and processes. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions in learning and organizational development at Sabre Holdings, American Airlines, NCR, and Accenture. Their accomplishments include designing and implementing talent review and succession management processes, leading organizational restructuring efforts, and delivering change management services to clients.

Deedra Bouline obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Baylor University. Deedra then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas. In addition to their academic achievements, Deedra Bouline has attained several certifications throughout their career. Deedra became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in March 2022, a Reina Certified Practitioner in June 2019, an FIRO Certified Practitioner in November 2017, a Brainstyles Coach in June 2016, and a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in April 2015. Deedra also gained certifications as a Leadership Potential, 360 Assessment and Interview Architect from Korn Ferry in 2014, an MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company in March 2013, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in December 1997.
