Kathe Garza has been in the industry since the early 2000s, holding various positions such as IT Project Manager, Sr. Manager Quality Assurance, and Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst. Currently serving as Sr. Product Manager at Elevate, Kathe is responsible for requirements planning and analysis efforts for corporate initiatives and new features. Prior to Elevate, Kathe worked at Think Finance as a Sr. Business Analyst, focusing on creating formal requirements documents and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. During their time at Handmark, Kathe held the role of QA Manager, overseeing testing efforts across multiple platforms. Kathe holds a BA in Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington and completed their high school education at Monsignor Donovan.
