Yolanda Tomlinson

Yolanda Tomlinson has an extensive background in telecommunications and application administration, currently serving as an Application Administrator II for ServiceNow at Elevate since November 2015. Previously, Yolanda held the position of Senior Access Management Technician and worked as a Telecom Analyst at RadioShack Corporation from January 1996 to June 2014. In this role, responsibilities included administration of corporate PBX systems, such as Avaya VOIP S8700 and Microsoft Lync, as well as managing Intuity Audix, Exchange UM, and Avaya CMS, along with overseeing mobile devices, calling cards, conferencing, and Telecom billing.
