Cherylene Plewa

Cherylene Plewa is an experienced professional in cellular engineering and molecular biology, currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Cellular Engineering at ElevateBio since October 2019. Prior to this role, Cherylene held multiple positions at AgenTus Therapeutics, including Associate Vice President and Sr. Director of Molecular Biology, and worked as a Sr. Director of Molecular Biology at Agenus. Previous experience includes a role as Sr. Principal Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Principal Scientist at Amgen Inc. Cherylene began their career as a Scientist II at Cell Genesys and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Stanford University, following a PhD in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from UMDNJ-GSBS.
