KC Liao

KC Liao is a leading strategy and operations expert in technology with over a decade of experience in corporate strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff at Elevated Materials since 2025, KC previously held the role of Senior Technical Program Manager at Applied Materials from 2021 to 2025, where they managed complex global programs and corporate divestitures. KC also has a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Materials Science from Princeton University, along with a B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from National Chung Cheng University. Earlier in their career, KC contributed to research at Harvard University and Academia Sinica, specializing in material development and synthesis techniques.
