Kirill Elistratov

Kirill Elistratov has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Kirill is currently working as a Principal Recruiter/Managing Partner at Elevated Search Partners, where they connect clients with skilled professionals through a customized recruiting approach. Prior to this, Kirill worked as a Sr. Engineering Leadership Recruiter at Meta, supporting all software engineering pillars at the company. Kirill also served on the Board of Directors at the Silicon Valley Recruiters Association (SVRA), a non-profit organization for networking and industry best practices. In addition, Kirill has held various recruiting roles at companies such as NerdWallet, BitTorrent, Inc., Postmates, and Wildcog. Kirill also has experience in workforce development and community programs, having worked at Rubicon Programs Inc. and Marin City Community Development Corporation.

Kirill Elistratov received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton in 1999. Kirill then pursued a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at San Francisco State University from 1999 to 2001.
