Juliana (Jewel) Kling, MD, MPH, NCMP, serves as a Professor of Medicine and Associate Chair of Equity, Inclusion and Diversity for the Department of Medicine at Mayo Clinic, where Juliana (Jewel) has been employed since June 2010. Their leadership roles include Chairwoman of the Division of Women's Health Internal Medicine and Senior Associate Consultant in the same division. Additionally, Juliana Kling is a mentor at ElevateMeD and serves as a board member for the American Medical Women's Association’s Sex and Gender Health Collaborative. Prior to their current positions, Juliana (Jewel) held various roles at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix and the American Medical Student Association. Juliana Kling holds an MD-MPH from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Arizona State University.
