Tim Parsons

Tim is UK Geo Head and Global Compliance Manager at Elevate and runs the eCommunications surveillance project for Morgan Stanley, a team of 70 Compliance analysts in Manila and the UK screening electronic and voice communications to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations and customer​ guidelines. He is an investment banking specialist with over 25 years of sales and trading experience across a broad range of financial products, including 11 years as a Director at Citigroup prior to joining Elevate in 2016. His career to date has covered risk management, proprietary trading, market-making, execution and sales-trading, giving him in-depth knowledge of global markets and the challenges facing firms and their clients today. He has combined the management of large teams with leading projects to deliver substantial performance and process enhancements. Tim is a Business Studies graduate, a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI) and holds the professional level CISI Diploma in Investment Compliance.​
