Yana Mukhataieva is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in paralegal and legal operations roles. Currently serving as a Paralegal/Legal Operations Analyst at Elevate since April 2024, Yana handles high-volume employment and trademark issues while maintaining high standards of service. Prior experience includes a Paralegal position at Arrow Legal Solutions from June 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities involved client communication, legal research, and drafting pleadings during the pre-trial litigation phase. Earlier roles include serving as an Attorney At Law at Arhont from June 2019 to August 2022, representing clients in various legal proceedings, and working as a Paralegal, assisting in trial preparations and legal document drafting. Yana Mukhataieva is also a PhD candidate in Law at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, having completed both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Law at the same institution.
