Philip Barrett

Philip Barrett is an experienced leader and investment strategist in global real estate, with a focus on risk mitigation and sustainability. They served as Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate, where they oversaw significant equity investments and held multiple leadership roles, including Global Chief Investment Risk Officer. Currently, Philip provides consultancy services through Phil Barrett Consulting and serves on the advisory boards of Elevation and MetaProp. Philip holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics with Statistics from the University of Bristol and is pursuing an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance at Imperial College Business School.
