Traviz Johnson has extensive experience in technical support and customer service since joining GE in January 2017 as a Tech Support Analyst II, where responsibilities include resolving help desk tickets, setting up desktops and laptops, and maintaining secure network access. In addition to current work at GE, Traviz has been a Consulting Intern, providing IT support to over 140 internal customers and assisting with hardware and software issues. As part of the Year Up career development program, involvement in the IT track has equipped Traviz with skills in desktop support and IT help desk roles. Prior experience includes management at Elevation Burger, where customer service and sales reconciliation were key responsibilities, and a Dedicated Aide role at Prince George's County Public Schools. Early career experience as a Technician with ADT included security system installation and client relations. Educational background includes attendance at Morgan State University from 2011 to 2018.
