Datesh Kshatriya

Datesh Kshatriya has extensive work experience in finance and leadership positions. Datesh currently serves as the Global Group CFO at Elevation Capital. Prior to this, they worked as an Investor at VETCBD and as the CEO at Arya Financial, where they focused on fundraising, partnerships, and growth consulting. Datesh also served as an Advisor at The Winston Box and as the CFO at K18 Hair and Nutshell WiFi. Additionally, Datesh held the position of CFO at a Confidential Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund from 2019 to 2020. Datesh served as the Chief Financial Officer at Samuelsen, Gonzalez, Valenzuela & Brown LLP. Before that, they were the Vice President and Head of Operations & Finance at ZipEdTech, responsible for various aspects of the company's operations. Datesh's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Manager of Private Equity at Firelight Infrastructure Partners.

Datesh Kshatriya has a CPA, CA degree in Accounting and Finance from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Administrative Studies (BAS) degree with a specialization in Accounting from York University. Datesh has also earned certifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
