Matthew Liptak has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Matthew'smost recent role was as a Principal Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Elevation Capital. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Tessian and as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at PrismHR. Matthew has extensive experience in leading talent acquisition functions and building successful teams. Matthew has a strong background in sourcing and staffing various technology, biotech, clinical, and corporate positions. Matthew is skilled in employment branding, creating new programs and processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to streamline talent acquisition departments. Matthew has worked with companies such as Scipher Medicine, Mimecast, NetBrain Technologies Inc., Veracode, Aspen Technology, Nuance Communications, and has also worked as an independent consultant in recruitment.
Matthew Liptak has a background in sociology, having attended the State University of New York at Old Westbury from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they studied liberal arts and sciences at Holyoke Community College from 1994 to 1995, and at Greenfield Community College from 1993 to 1994. Additionally, Matthew has obtained a variety of certifications in topics such as talent optimization, difficult conversations about race, diversity and inclusion, working remotely, and various other professional development areas.
