Aida Goniche

Aida Goniche, MBA, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in managing diverse teams and complex projects. Currently serving as the Lead Project Manager at Elevation Church since December 2021, Aida oversees the schedules and tasks of 35 professionals, focusing on project strategy, budgeting, and digital marketing analytics. Prior to that role, Aida worked at Star2Star as a Cancellation Manager, where responsibilities included approving cancellation lists and managing customer escalations. Aida's career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, holding various positions including Rooms Operations Supervisor and Front Desk Agent. Aida holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration with a minor in General Business from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee.
