Justin Rosales

Justin Rosales is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in social media strategy, customer experience, and community management. As Co-Founder of Practice Your Passion, LLC since July 2023, Justin also serves as a Social Media Strategist, Regional Watch Party Director, and Online Community Manager at Elevation Church since March 2018. Formerly a Customer Experience Manager at F.N.B. Corporation, Justin managed a comprehensive Customer Feedback Program to enhance service quality. Previous roles include Campus Pastor at Grace Chapel Community Church, Research Assistant at Penn State University focusing on social perception, and various positions in hospitality and youth development. Justin holds a B.A. in Psychology from Penn State University and a high school diploma from Sharon High School.
