Stefka Fanchi is the President & CEO of the Elevation Community Land Trust, a company focused on making home ownership more accessible for Colorado families through the community land trust model. With an extensive background in affordable housing and community development, Stefka has also served as the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Colorado and held various board positions in organizations such as Housing Colorado and Mile High Community Loan Fund.
