Lauren Stanek

Lauren Stanek has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lauren started their career at Northwest Cosmetic Labs in 2007 as a Formulation Intern, where they gained hands-on experience in research and development. After that, they worked as a Cosmetic Chemist and later as an R&D Manager. In these roles, they developed formulas for cosmetic, skin, and hair care products, and also assisted with innovation and marketing presentations.

In 2019, Lauren joined Elevation Labs as a Director of Business Development. Lauren'sresponsibilities included developing and maintaining client relationships, utilizing their technical background to enhance product development, and providing market feedback for business planning.

Currently, Lauren holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Elevation Labs, a role they started in May 2022. Lauren'sfocus includes leading business development efforts and ensuring the growth and success of the company.
