Jon Unterreiner

Jon Unterreiner serves as the President and CEO of Elevation Land Solutions since February 2017, having previously held roles as President of the Houston Region and Partner. Unterreiner is also a member of the Board of Directors for Leadership Montgomery County and was Chairman of the Board for the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber from 2015 to 2019. With prior experience as Region Manager at Manhard Consulting and as Land Development Division Manager at Jones & Carter, Inc., Unterreiner has extensive expertise in master planning, cost estimation, and managing design and construction phases for various residential developments across multiple counties. Unterreiner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and has completed several leadership programs, including Leadership Montgomery County and the Texas Council of Engineering Companies Leadership Forum.
