Stormy Garcia, PRC, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Elevation Land Solutions since July 2023. With an extensive background in recruitment, Stormy has been a Managing Partner and Director of Talent Placement at The Talent Vine, LLC since June 2017. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bohler Engineering and Recruiting Manager at Jones and Carter. Stormy began as a Recruiting Specialist at Insperity and has held positions as Corporate Recruiter and Field Recruiter at United States Environmental Services, where responsibilities included developing recruiting policies and managing high-volume candidate pipelines. Stormy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University.
