Phil Bolton MCC is a seasoned executive coach and strategist with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. As Co-Founder of Elevayte since November 2020, Phil focuses on maximizing team value within ScaleUps. In addition to this role, Phil has provided executive coaching services since April 2009 and founded The Coaching School in October 2013, which fosters coaching excellence and integration within progressive organizations. Prior to these ventures, Phil cultivated a robust background at Deloitte, serving as a Professional Career Coach and Senior Manager, specializing in forensic accounting investigations, while also managing fraud investigations in London. Academic credentials include a coaching and human development certification from Ipec, a mediation course from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as ACA accreditation in accounting and a degree in Modern History from the University of Cambridge.
