Wendy Spencer

Wendy Spencer is an accomplished Underwriter with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently employed at Eleven Mortgage since May 2023, Wendy previously held the position of Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Wallick & Volk Mortgage Bankers from May 2013 to November 2022, specializing in government VA and FHA underwriting, as well as a range of loan types including conventional, conforming/high balance, jumbo, 203k rehab, and bond loans. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Provident Bank Mortgage from August 2011 to May 2013, and prior work at Prospect Mortgage, LLC from August 2008 to August 2011 in a similar senior underwriting capacity.
