Hayley Beirne

Hayley Beirne is an experienced proposal and business development manager currently supporting Eleven Peppers Studios, a woman-owned design studio, since March 2023. Previously, Hayley served as a senior copywriter at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and held various roles at Aerotek, including senior content writer, team lead for client engagement, and proposal writer, where responsibilities included developing marketing copy and managing proposal processes. Earlier roles included marketing associate at Allagash Group and public relations intern at Devaney & Associates, with a foundational position as an administrative assistant at Len Stoler Lexus. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Language from Stevenson University.
