Melissa London, PMP, UXC has over 20 years of experience in graphic and web design, with a focus on marketing and advertising materials. Melissa has worked for various companies, including Eleven Peppers Studios as a Creative Director and Art Director, TEKsystems as a Graphic/Web Designer, and iMagicLab as a Graphic/Web Designer. Melissa has also worked as a Graphic Designer for Millennium Marketing Solutions, Integrated Designs, Inc., Constellation Energy, Patuxent Publishing Company, Eisner Communications, and PHH. Their responsibilities have included creating high-end designs, maintaining brand consistency, developing original website designs, implementing graphics and art direction, and generating concepts for marketing and advertising materials. Melissa has a strong background in print materials, including ads, brochures, billboards, newsletters, and posters. Melissa London, PMP, UXC, completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art from 1997 to 2001. In 2017, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Recently, in April 2021, they acquired a UX Certification with a Management Specialty from the Nielsen Norman Group.
