Rebecca Popka is a highly experienced Senior Designer at Eleven Peppers Studios since December 2013, specializing in branding, invitations, and web design within a full-service graphic design agency. With a strong background in graphic and web design, Rebecca has been freelancing since June 2004, creating elegant and innovative graphical solutions from Baltimore, Maryland. Prior experience includes serving as a Webmaster at Exceptional Software Strategies for nine years, where skills were honed in designing marketing collateral, promotional advertisements, and corporate branding, as well as developing websites and client portals. Educationally, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts & Design with an emphasis in Kinetic Imagery from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
