Valencia Garden

Valencia Garden has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as an Intelligence Report Editor at General Dynamics AIS, where they were responsible for producing and editing analytical products for various communities. They then worked as a Technical Writer at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation, collaborating with technical personnel to create documentation. At KEYW Corporation, they served as a Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist, handling contract deliverables and maintaining records. Valencia Garden then joined iD Young Adult Ministry, First Baptist Church of Glenarden as a Marketing Communications Lead, managing social media accounts and increasing team membership. They later worked at Eleven Peppers Studios, first as a Sr. Content Marketing Specialist and then as a Creative Director. In these roles, they provided innovative marketing services, developed various marketing materials, and led a creative team.

Valencia Garden completed a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communications from Washington State University Global Campus between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Virginia Tech, from 2001 to 2006.
