With nearly 20 years of experience in support and operations roles, Shawn leads the charge towards inspired service and customer satisfaction at Eleven. Prior to Eleven, Shawn served as VP of Support, IT Operations and Development at Dotster and Senior Director of Support and Hosted Operations at WebTrends. At KC Distance Learning and K12, he built the contact center from the ground up. He is known for being a leader of change, understanding and managing risk, and turning disorganized processes into world-class systems.

Shawn holds a BA in Computer Science from Harding University.
