Fraser Gibbs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fraser is currently the Co-Founder of eleven-x, where they are involved in various roles such as software engineering, team building, marketing, sales, negotiation, recruitment, and business planning. Prior to founding eleven-x, Fraser worked at BlackBerry for 14 years. In their last role at BlackBerry, they served as the Technical Director for Cellular Development, responsible for the development and delivery of 3GPP protocol stack and Cellular integration software. Fraser managed a team of up to 45 people across multiple sites and oversaw the full lifecycle of software development. Before this role, Fraser also held positions as Team Lead for Non Access Stratum Development and Senior Embedded Software Developer at BlackBerry, where they played a crucial role in integrating and maintaining third-party protocol stacks and adding 3G support to the platform. Prior to joining BlackBerry, Fraser worked at Softart Microsystems as a Firmware Developer, specializing in micro-controller development for low-speed, low-cost modems.

Fraser Gibbs attended the University of Waterloo from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Computer Science.
