MacIej Mylik

Maciej Mylik currently serves as the VP of Finance at ElevenLabs, where responsibilities include establishing the finance vertical for a rapidly expanding GenAI startup, encompassing both strategic planning and operational functions. Prior experience includes co-leading Business Transformation and capital allocation management at CIECH Group, overseeing over 100 initiatives, and handling substantial yearly CAPEX allocation. Maciej's career also features roles at Bain & Company, where expertise was developed in retail, pharmaceuticals, and financial institutions, alongside earlier experience in finance and debt collection internships. Maciej holds a BA in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Computing Science from Imperial College London.
