The science is ready before the commercial engine is. That gap is where launches get lost.

We've been in your seat. Not adjacent to it. In it.

ElevEx BioGroup is a boutique team of senior practitioners who enable and accelerate the commercial engine that gets therapies to patients. We work with VC and PE-backed emerging biopharma where the margin for error is smallest and the timeline never moves in your favor.

Three functions set the ceiling: Clinical to Commercial, Market Access, and Commercial Operations. What the label allows, what payers will cover, what execution can convert. Everything downstream builds on those three. No amount of marketing closes a coverage gap the label created.

1) Clinical to Commercial: payer narrative and value proposition, evidence gap analysis, label expansion strategy, lifecycle positioning.

2) Market Access: access and trade landscape strategy, formulary positioning and contracting, SP network design, prior auth pull-through, step therapy navigation.

3) Commercial Operations: field deployment and effectiveness, CSO strategy and optimization, patient support integration, turning formulary wins into scripts.

Across Oncology, CNS, Behavioral Health, Urology, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Immunology, Women's Health, and Prescription Digital Therapeutics.

We don't advise from a distance. Senior people, in the room, hands on the work from first call to last decision.

The goal is never dependency. It is capability. We develop what you need, transfer what we know, and leave when you're running without us.

Navigating a launch, pressure-testing a payer strategy, rebuilding commercial operations: let's talk. The difference is how we show up.
