Álvaro Soto

Álvaro Soto has been working in the finance industry since 2013. Álvaro began their career as an Intern at Citi, where they worked until 2014. During that time, they held various roles including Corporate & Investment Banking Senior Associate - FIG, Corporate & Investment Banking Associate - FIG, Corporate & Investment Banking Sr Analyst - FIG, and Corporate & Investment Banking Analyst. In 2022, they took on the role of Head Of Finance at Elevva.

Álvaro Soto obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes in 2013, after studying there from 2009 to 2013. In 2019, they obtained a certification in FinTech: Foundations, Payments, and Regulations from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, they are enrolled in a program at Duke University focused on Capture the Ecosystem, Lead the Transformation, and Deliver the Digital Future.
