Gustavo Paoli began their career in 2005 as an Analista Funcional Junior at J. Llorente y Cia. S.A. In 2006, they became an Analista SEM y SEO at Plenitas.com. In 2007, they joined Unisys as a Desarrollador, working with ASP and .NET in internal applications and developing special applications for Banco Itau de Chile. In 2008, they joined Despegar.com as a Lider de Equipo de Desarrollo, responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining a new checkout. gustavo also acted as a Lider de Proyectos de Desarrollo, guiding various teams in developing and maintaining different applications. In 2017, they joined Mercado Libre as an Experto Técnico and later as a Líder Técnico, where they guided around 25 developers in different software methodologies and architectures, and helped the team migrate their infrastructure. Finally, in 2022, they joined Elevva as a Principal Engineer.

Gustavo Paoli attended Universidad de la Marina Mercante from 2003 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Analista en Sistemas, specializing in Ingeniería de sistemas. No additional certifications have been reported.
