Martine Agostini-Beucher

Martine Agostini-Beucher is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Responsable des Ressources Humaines at ELEX since January 2019, Martine is responsible for HR strategy and addressing operational needs in various HR domains for the Île-de-France and Nord Normandie regions. Prior roles include Responsable Ressources Humaines at Groupe TEXA and Responsable Relations Humaines at Auriège Paris, among others, demonstrating a broad expertise in labor law, training, recruitment, contract management, career development, and compensation. Martine holds a DESS in Social Law and Human Resources Management from Université Paris Nanterre and a Master in Social Law from CY Cergy Paris Université.
