Kate Norton

Kate Norton is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in both internal and external communications. Since January 2015, Kate has served as the Head of Communications at ELEXON, where responsibilities include creating and delivering engaging communications that align with the business strategy. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Head of Internal Communications at EDF Energy from December 2006 to February 2014, where focus was on fostering effective communication within the organization.
