Tiep Nguyen

Tiep Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology and web development industry. Tiep currently serves as the Full-Stack Lead Engineer at Elfie, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, Tiep worked as a Freelance Web Designer and Developer for Tiep.info Weekend Projects from January 2019 to January 2022.

Tiep's earlier experience includes roles at GHS - Global Hospitality Solutions, where they worked from September 2010 to January 2019. During their time there, Tiep held positions such as Head of Innovation, where they researched new technologies in the industry and applied them to the company's products, and Head of Mobile Development, where they designed user interfaces for mobile web apps and built iOS native applications. Tiep also served as the Web Development Team Leader, responsible for designing the look and feel of the company's products, building core frameworks, and organizing team procedures.

Prior to GHS, Tiep worked as a Web Developer and Administrator at Phuong Nam Education & Training Corp. from September 2009 to September 2010. Here, they designed and built the company's website using PHP and implemented updates and new features based on requests.

Tiep's earliest work experience was as a Freelance Web Designer at Freelancer.com, where they worked from January 2008 to September 2009. In this role, Tiep used tools such as Adobe Photoshop to create website layouts and converted them to prototype HTML/CSS following W3C standards. Tiep also utilized JavaScript and jQuery to add client-side functionality to websites.

Tiep Nguyen attended Saigon Technology University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Software Engineering.
