Ben Stickney joined Elford, Inc. in 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Preconstruction for the Southeast Region. In this role, Ben oversees preconstruction efforts, maintains relationships with subcontractors and clients, and develops estimates. Previously, Ben was a Senior Estimator at Elford and a Project Manager and Estimator with CFM Mechanical in Phoenix, AZ. Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Systems Management from The Ohio State University and actively participates in educational initiatives, including The ROC Charlotte and the UNC Charlotte Construction Management program.
