Brian Weiss

Brian Weiss is an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil engineering and construction. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Elford, Inc. since June 2018, Brian has previously held significant roles, including Director of Capital Projects and Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects at the Central Ohio Transit Authority from February 2012 to June 2018. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Facilities Project Manager for the Ohio Department of Transportation and held project management positions at Ruscilli Construction Inc. and Exxcel Project Management. Brian's career began in the military as a Combat Engineer in both the Ohio National Guard and the United States Army. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 1990 and 1998.
