Ryan Barnes has diverse work experience starting from 2009, when they worked as a Gatehouse Officer at Marsue Transport until September 2012. From October 2012 to October 2015, they worked at BOC South Pacific as a Western Region ICC Operations Support Specialist, where they were responsible for quality management, stock accuracy, and process training. Ryan also had expertise in Microsoft Excel, which was highly valued across the business. In 2015, they founded Barnes Independent, a startup where they worked as a Sole Proprietor, offering customized business process management solutions to clients. Later that year, they joined Elgas Limited as a Solutions Architect, where they currently work.
