Gopalakrishnan N has extensive experience in quality management and business excellence, with a career spanning over two decades. Since July 2011, Gopalakrishnan has served as General Manager at ELGI Equipments Limited, where responsibilities included methodology and skill development, and previously held the position of DGM-Quality. Prior roles at ELGI focused on TQM and Lean Manufacturing, enhancing operational efficiency. Gopalakrishnan's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Manager of Business Excellence at Indegene Life Systems, where expertise was applied in Lean methodologies to improve e-learning production. Earlier positions included Head of Quality Assurance at Molex, where the Zero Defect concept was implemented, and leadership roles in Total Quality Management and ISO/TS 16949 systems. Gopalakrishnan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
