Costas Paschalides

Costas Paschalides is a skilled project management professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Elgin Energy since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Project Developer at Joju Solar, where designs for over 2MW of rooftop solar PV systems were developed for more than 50 educational and commercial buildings. Costas has also held roles such as Design Management Placement Trainee at Mace, contributing to bid preparation and design compliance, and gaining early industry experience through an Insight Week at Mace. Additional roles include managing marketing and sales at Candlelight Concerts, supporting academic quality assessments at Students' Union UCL, mentoring new students at UCL, and completing military service as a Lance Corporal in the National Guard of Cyprus. Costas holds a Master of Engineering degree from UCL and studied mechanical engineering at Columbia University.
