Buddy Sebastiao started their work experience as the President of CMI, a subsidiary of Elgin Equipment Group, in January 1980. Buddy held this position until September 2010. In September 2010, Buddy joined Elgin Equipment Group as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Buddy remained in this role until their retirement in November 2016 from EEG.
Buddy Sebastiao attended Northeastern University from 1968 to 1973, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechanics and Materials.
