Daniel Wade started their career in 1991 at Quality Bolt & Screw as a Financial Operations Manager. Daniel held this position for over 20 years, until February 2012. In March 2012, they joined Elgin Fastener Group as a Controller. During their time there, they assisted in implementing an ERP system for multiple plants and managed financial reporting for three facilities. In October 2015, they were promoted to the role of Corporate Controller, where they continue to work.
Daniel Wade has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Xavier University.
