Joseph Hertz's work experience includes serving as the Director of Sales and later as the VP-Sales at Elgin Fastener Group from June 2006 to January 2011. Prior to that, they worked at Madison Regatta, Inc. where they held the role of Media & Marketing Chairman and Executive Board Member starting from January 2003. At Madison Regatta, Inc., they were responsible for event management, specifically hosting the Air National Guard H1 Unlimited Hydroplane Series, which featured the world's fastest race boats with speeds exceeding 200mph.
Joseph Hertz obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana State University, where they attended from 1969 to 1973.
