Lynnette Young has a strong background in customer care and sales support. Lynnette began their career at Stedman Machine Co. in 1984, where they fulfilled various roles as a receptionist, sales secretary, and purchasing clerk for a period of six years. In 1990, they joined Elgin Fastener Group as a member of the Customer Care Group, handling inside sales responsibilities such as quoting parts, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. Lynnette's primary focus is on providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations for their clients.
Lynnette Young attended South Dearborn High School in Aurora, IN from 1980 to 1984. During their time there, they focused on business classes but did not obtain a degree.
