Chad Schiele

Chad Schiele is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Research Development Design Engineer at Elgin Sweeper since March 2019. Prior to this role, Chad worked as a Product and Process Specialist at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and as a Senior Design Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. from August 1999 to July 2016. Chad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where studies occurred from 1994 to 1997.
