Mark Billings

Mark Billings is the President of the Rotary Club of Elgin - Breakfast and a Development Officer at the Elgin Symphony Orchestra. Previously, Mark served as a Public Relations Associate at The Larkin Center. Billings holds a BA in English Literature from Wheaton College and an MS in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
