Dina M. Pilipczuk, MBA, FACHE, is a senior healthcare executive with proven record of building highly effective teams and driving operational results in the non-profit healthcare industry. She is an innovative problem solver with demonstrated expertise in strategic, financial and operational excellence. She has assisted healthcare organizations in achieving significant revenue growth, innovative program development, and measurable operational improvements. She has a proven record in leading organizational transformation and culture change to create partnership and collaboration with physicians and clinical leaders. She has mentored, coached and empowered teams to exceed performance targets in the areas of financial performance, labor productivity, and operational efficiency.

Currently, Pilipczuk is the Executive Director of Finance/CFO at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. As a key member of the site senior leadership team, she provides executive oversight and is responsible for the annual $1.6B gross revenue budget. She provides strategic financial oversight for the development and execution of $80M annual growth plans to enhance hospital’s market position.

Prior to joining Advocate Health, Pilipczuk spent 10 years at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, serving in a variety of senior leadership roles, most recently as the Associate Vice President of Hospital Operations. In that role she had executive-level oversight of the Emergency Department as well as several other hospital support services departments. Prior to joining Rush, Ms. Pilipczuk was employed at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, where she served as Business Manager for the Nursing Division and as Investment Operations Manager in Corporate Finance.

Pilipczuk has extensive experience in non-profit board leadership and is as a passionate volunteer and philanthropist in the community. Professionally, she was appointed to the Clarkson University School of Business Healthcare Management Advisory Council, and has served as the Healthcare Program Expert on the University’s Business Leadership Council. She is an active member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and has served on national level committees to promote the healthcare administration profession. She completed a 3 year elected term as Treasurer and Board member of the ACHE Chicago chapter. Additionally, she has been on faculty in the College of Health Sciences, where she served as an instructor/teacher-practitioner and Admissions Committee member in the nationally ranked Department of Health Systems Management program. Locally, she is an active parent volunteer at the Avery Coonley School and the Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Pilipczuk holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Public Policy from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. She is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
