Bedřich Rus

Bedřich Rus has been working in the field of laser systems for ELI Beamlines since 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a metrologist at the Czech Metrology Institute and the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. Bedřich is an expert in the field of metrology, and their work has helped to improve the accuracy of radionuclides in nuclear medicine.

Bedřich Rus received their PhD in dosimetry, metrology, physics, nuclear engineering, and radiation protection from the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Bedřich Rus reports to Roman Hvězda, Director, Eli Beamlines Facility. They work with Daniele Margarone - Head, Ion Acceleration & Applications Of High Energy Particles, Johana Burgetová - Deputy Director, Administration, and Jacob Andreasson - Head, Structural Dynamics.
