Adam Starr is an experienced professional in clinical trial management and recruitment, currently serving as Associate Director - Clinical Trial Foundations Product Owner for Trial Management Systems at Eli Lilly and Company since August 2025. Prior to this, Adam held roles at Syelo Ventures and LILT, where Adam focused on global talent acquisition and strategic recruitment initiatives. With a strong background in technical recruitment at MongoDB and senior technical recruitment at Medidata Solutions, Adam has effectively collaborated with various teams and functions, enhancing processes and employee retention. Adam's earlier career includes significant contributions to clinical data management at Syneos Health and Eli Lilly and Company, where Adam led teams in data operations and oversight of complex clinical trials. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hanover College.
