Andrei Chertov

Andrei Chertov is a Director of Regulatory Affairs with a strong background in biochemistry and a commitment to advancing human health through scientific research. They have experience at the National Cancer Institute as an Undergraduate Assistant, studying HIV entry mechanisms, and have held various academic positions, including Senior Postdoctoral Fellow and Graduate Student at the University of Washington, where they developed innovative methods in retinal research. Currently, Andrei works at Eli Lilly and Company as the Director, building on their regulatory expertise gained from previous roles at the WIRB-Copernicus Group and Loxo Oncology at Lilly. They earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
